About Us

Bastion Asset Management is a global crypto focused alternative investment manager.  Regulated by the FCA, it sets itself apart through both its robust and institutional approach to investing in this nascent asset class and the team's depth of experience.  Its exceptional people and best-in-class technology models and systems enable a unique institutional approach to investment opportunities in the digital asset space.

Our Quantitative Alpha investment approach targets quantifiable coin characteristics that explain differences in returns and risks in the asset class.  Each of our alphas are carefully developed and refined, and are backed by detailed academic research.  Our investment strategy targets the generation of returns independent of market directionality.

He has held key roles at prominent hedge funds (BlueCrest Capital, Systematica Investments, GAM Systematic) and zero-to-one ventures (BlueFire AI). In addition, he has a strong academic foundation in machine learning and signal processing.

Over his career, he has consistently driven controlled and scalable growth, with a strong focus on strategy, regulation, risk management, control and governance.
